DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

The customer is responsible for data entry errors and / or incompleteness of the delivery address. The customer will bear payment of the return postage if necessary.

The products are prepared and packaged by the site in their original packaging or in an enclosed and proper packaging to content. The site has the ability to change the original packaging without changing the products that compose it without prior notice to the customer for security purposes.

The site delivers the ordered products to the address specified when placing your order in the “delivery address” section.

The site normally delivers your products in 2 to 14 days depending on your method of shipping.

RESHIP POLICY

We offer ONE free reship on orders that adhere to the following conditions:

  • APPLIES ONLY WHEN PROOF OF SEIZURE IS PROVIDED BY CUSTOMS (SEIZURE LETTER) or a period of 30 days from shipment date has passed and no customs letter has been received and there is no change in tracking status.

Customer must provide a new address for reshipment.

We WILL NOT offer our RESHIP POLICY If You place multiple orders to be sent out to the (same) address that has not confirmed to be fully clear (received last shipment) – We’re just making sure that YOU are Fine to get all the products You ordered.
