By placing an order on Prestige Pharma, you must accept  the following terms:

-You are responsible for any errors on your delivery details.

-Once your order is dispatched you become the owner of the products you ordered. We no longer have any liability for any loss, damage or seized goods. The ordered products are not returnable.

-We deliver your products anywhere within 3 to 14 days, but a delay in delivery can sometimes occur. This delay is beyond our control and we are not liable for any delays.

-We will ONLY offer one free reship if your package has been seized by customs or lost in transit and you selected the ‘Discreet Packaging’ option when you placed the order. Proof of seizure or lost package is required. Reships are sent to a new address you will provide.
