MY ORDER NEVER CAME TO ME.

I sent an email explaining that the US customs had stopped my order. Someone from Presetige emailed me 3 weeks later asking me for proof.
I took a picture of the US boarder customs letter that was sent to me and emailed right away. That was a couple weeks ago. No one has gotten back to me. I don’t know what you guys do when something like this happens. I have asked in one of my emails. I get nothing. No communication at all.

Can someone please get back to me.

Prestige did not resend as per their policy, despite all instructions being followed.

Email and online support were contacted multiple times without actually helping to rectify the issue.
